Managerial Accounting , 2017

  1. Neither, I always look for the prospect then passion follows thus I'll have my motivation and encouragement.

  2. According to my experience, being chosen in two of the most prestigious scholarships program from XL Axiata and Astra International, to pass any kind of interview, you have to be yourself. What I mean here is that, telling your interviewer the values you have in yourself that differ from other people. Your ability to convince your interviewer matters! And most importantly, showing your positive learning attitude.
Note from me: before doing any interviews, make sure that you already do your research about the company, the industry, and the position you're applying for. Many tips of nailing an interview out there that you can check and learn.

  3. Honestly, I'm not an efficient person when it comes to learning. The most important thing for me is knowing my priorities and the importance of the learning itself. For instance, when I have got a compact semester and other responsibilities, I will spare my time to learn the subjects I have not understood yet. This is very important because in accounting we are aimed to be a specialist hence we must have a deep enough understanding of each subject provided by the lecturers. Reading the book and practice the exercises as much as possible, then other activities follow. Your study time and organization can't be 50:50. Your study time must be more dominant.

  1. How did you choose your concentration? Should we follow our passion or majority?

  2. Please give us tips to pass the interview.

  3. How to study efficiently from your version?
